Andrew Sanderson is a fine art photographer based in Holmfirth, with over 40 years of experience. He has established an international reputation as both a practitioner and teacher of the photographic medium.
As an Ilford Master Printer, he regularly conducts workshops from his darkroom and studio in Holmfirth and gives lectures and demonstrations for Ilford Harman technology.
Andrew has authored three books: Night Photography: A Practical Manual, Home Photography: Inspiration on Your Doorstep, and Hand Colouring and Alternative Darkroom Processes.
His work has been exhibited in the UK and New York, and he has contributed over 100 articles to various photographic magazines and journals.
We were delighted to welcome Andrew on Wednesday 12th March to our photo social for a talk. It was great to hear his insights and learn from his experience. Thanks to Andrew Sanderson for sharing his expertise, this was our first formal meet-up and a resounding success.
