Photographers may submit up to three images free of charge. Selection is not automatic, each image will be reviewed individually and selected based on artistic quality, originality, and relevance to the exhibition theme.

Selected photographs will be professionally printed by Fresh Aire in Leeds (Giclée print on Hahnemühle Photo Rag) and mounted for display on 5mm Foamex at a cost of £55 per image, payable in advance by the selected photographer. Photographs will be printed at 400x500mm with an additional 25mm white border on all four sides – please crop your work accordingly

After the show, photographers must collect their prints in person – either as the exhibition closes on 30th August or between 9am and 3pm on Monday 31st or Saturday 5th September.
